We're hiring a Senior AV Design Consultant ready to lead projects end-to-end, master the latest AV tech, and grow with a dynamic consultancy.
Job Description:
Location: Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong SAR
Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and experienced AV Design Consultant who can work independently, handle projects from conception to completion, and possess a strong command of design principles and AutoCAD. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in AV system design.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client requirements and provide technical proposals

Independently handle AV system design projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and industry standards.

Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and objectives.

Develop detailed AV system designs, including schematic diagrams, equipment lists, and AutoCAD drawings.

Provide technical expertise and recommendations for AV equipment selection and integration.

Ensure that designs are cost-effective and adhere to project budgets.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the AV industry.

Conduct site visits and assessments as needed.

Work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure seamless project execution.

Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations.

Attend client meetings and effectively communicate technical concepts.
Qualifications:

Associated Degree/ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mutlimedia Engineering, Audio Video Engineering or related field (preferred).

Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.

Strong knowledge of AV equipment, systems, and industry standards.

Highly organised, excellent time management skills, and reliable.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.

Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

A passion for staying updated with advancements in AV technology.

Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Junior Design Consultant

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in designing and engineering large scale audio visual systems for events and installations

Knowledge of audio video transmission and distribution solutions

CTS certification or other relevant industry certifications
