We at Nova Range respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information at all times. Our SSL security system is designed to protect your personal details to ensure they transfer safely to us.
Unless you sign up for our newsletter or purchase our products, you can visit our website without having to reveal any personal information.
Nova Range only collects personal information that is necessary for our business to function and for us to be able to provide you with the best customer service possible. The information we collect and hold may include:
your name, address and contact details in order for us to provide you the products and/or services you have requested, information derived from communications between yourself and Nova Range. We will under no circumstances use your personal information for any other purpose than listed below without asking your permission first, or unless authorised and required to do so by law. Furthermore, we will not intentionally pass any information that you have provided to any third party. Generally we will use your personal information for the following purposes:
- to provide you with the products and/or services you have requested from us
- to establish and maintain your relationship as a customer
- to answer your enquiries
- for administration purposes and managing the products and/or services you have requested from us
- for direct marketing by email or post in case of special promotions or new product launches that we think would interest you.
We take full responsibility of the personal information we collect and save this information in a secure server and customer files, and update it when necessary. Although we take every measure possible, should we believe there has been a security breach we will notify you immediately. We promise to do everything that is in our power to protect your personal information. Refunds and Exchanges
If for some reason beyond our control you receive a damaged parcel (we take great care in providing you with a carefully wrapped package!) please contact us so that we can discuss appropriate action.
If a product you would like is listed as “out of stock” please contact us and we will endeavour to order it for you or for you to be placed on a list to be one of the first to know when the item is back in stock. In the unlikely event that an item displayed becomes unavailable we will contact you within 48 hours to organize an alternative product, place the item on backorder for you or cancel the order.
If an item is faulty we will happily replace the item or refund the item’s value. Any refunds given will be for the item’s total value and will not include the initial postal charges. Items for refund or exchange will only be accepted if the garment is unworn and unwashed with tags and packaging intact.
To organize an exchange or refund you must contact us within 14 days of receipt of your parcel. You can contact us by email at customerservice@novarange.com or phone us on. Once you have notified us place the item in the mail and we will return the item to you or issue a refund as soon as we receive the original.

Nova Range strives to provide you with products that are of a high quality but if for some reason you are unhappy due to the size, colour, or the product just isn’t how you expected then please contact us and we will replace the item, provide you with an alternative or refund the item value in full.
